Primetake applied for at least one licence to export Military List equipment to Bahrain in 2009/2010. The licence(s) were from the ML1 , ML2 and ML3 categories, which cover small arms, artillery, mortars, smoke and gas projectors, and ammunition (see UK Strategic Export Control Lists). The information was revealed in a 12 September 2012 response to a CAAT Freedom of Information request.

The Guardian reported that Primetake exhibited rubber ball shot, teargas cartridges for shot guns and rubber baton rounds at IDEX, the Middle East's largest arms fair, in 2011.

Primetake attended Libyan arms fair, Libdex in November 2010.

According to its website, Primetake "specialises in 12Gauge ammunition with a variety of payloads for military, police and other customers."
