CAAT's RSS feed

You can subscribe to CAAT's RSS feed by clicking on the rss icon at the bottom of any page of the CAAT website site.

The feed will update you when new articles have been added to the home page and keep you up to date with the latest press releases and news on forthcoming CAAT events.

What is an RSS feed?

An RSS feed is a file stored on the CAAT website, which is updated when a new page or article appears on the web site. An RSS reader checks our web site automatically and downloads a summary of the new page or article to your computer. This saves you having to check the website for changes.

RSS Readers

Feed Reader or News Aggregator software allows you to subscribe to RSS feeds from various sites and display them for you to read and use.

There are many free readers available to download. Some email programs and newer web-browsers have built in RSS readers. The latest firefox browser has a built in reader and also allows for third party RSS readers to be installed as plug-ins.

There are also a number of web-based feed readers available, My Yahoo! and Google are popular choices.

What does RSS stand for?

RSS is a three-letter abbreviation that can stand for a wide variety of terms. Rich Site Summary, Really Simple Syndication and RDF Site Summary are the most common.
