End DSEi: Close UKTI DSO
From 8-11 September, DSEi, the world's largest arms fair, will return to London. It exists so that arms buyers and sellers can come together, network and make deals.
To end the arms fair, it's crucial we highlight the UK government's role in making DSEi happen. Join CAAT to demonstrate that helping private companies profit from conflict and insecurity - and organising events where human rights abusers, warring states and countries with desperate development needs can increase their armaments – is not a 'legitimate' use of public resources.

Join CAAT at the ExCeL Centre, the home of DSEi, on the opening morning of 8 September, then travel across London with us to the doors of UKTI in central London to expose the government's complicity in this devastating trade.
8 September - End the DSEi arms fair, Close UKTI DSO
Join CAAT at the ExCeL Centre in London's Docklands for a rally to protest at the fair's opening. Then hitch a ride on the CAAT bus to take our message into central London. We'll then be holding our own fayre on the doorstep of UKTI DSO, the government department that supports the arms fair. 11am: Meet at the Western Entrance of the ExCeL centre, by Tidal Basin Rd. See it on a map The nearest station is Royal Victoria DLR.
Depart ExCeL at 12 noon, to arrive in Central London at approximately 1pm.
